At the heart of the Elwick Place complex, Ashford Picturehouse opened it's doors in December 2018. Elwick Place sits on the former site of Ashfords historic cattle market featuring the original gates which have been restored to form part of the main entrance.

Ashford Picturehouse boasts 6 state of the art screens showing an eclectic mix of mainstream, independent and classic cinema alongside live performances from the National Theatre, Royal Opera House, National & Bolshoi Ballets, Royal Shakespeare Company and many more special events.

With an impressive Cafe and Bar, Ashford Picturehouse has it's very own in-house kitchen, open 7 days a week, serving a range of fresh food to appeal to everyone. From Breakfast and Brunch to small plates, dinner and kids menu. We work with local farmers and suppliers to source our food, including 100% British meats and of course, vegan friendly options.

Thirsty? then a fully stocked bar with extensive wine list, craft beers and spirits awaits alongside our cafe serving an amazing range of hot and cold drinks and snacks.
