This beautifully converted barn sits close to the villages of Pluckley, Smarden, Charing and Wye, with walking trails, vineyards and a welcoming pub all within easy reach.

Step straight onto footpaths across the Kent Downs, spend the afternoon at a local winery, then settle by the fire pit as the sun sets over the fields and our resident horses graze nearby. It is an easy, unhurried kind of stay, warm in every season and ideal for couples, friends and small families who want the countryside at a slower pace.
