Logs on our fires, wood smoke fills the air, tired dogs on the hearth, muddy boots by our door, beer from hop gardens around us, cider from orchards surround us, the very best local wines from the vineyards of Kent. Field, farm & sea fresh food, we are surely blessed with the gardens of England, our close friends in France and the coastal waters we share. Simply and generously we cook and bake in our locally coppiced, sustainably sourced wood fired ovens. All that we source locally, we sell locally in our fresh produce shop with morning Monmouth coffee, tea, biscuits and cake. And so, with just four lovely bedrooms, relax, stay a while.
