What are check in and check out times?

Arrival and departure times can be found on the property description and will also be stated in your final booking confirmation.

Will I need to bring my own towels and bed linen?

All our properties provide bed linen and towels, unless otherwise stated in the property description. You will need to bring your own beach or swimming towels.

What happens if I need to cancel my holiday?

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible in writing by email, post or using the option within your online account. The cancellation must be confirmed by the lead guest (the person who made the original booking).

Your eligibility for a refund will depend on the cancellation policy you selected at the time of booking.

What day can my holiday start?

Each property has a preferred start day, known as the 'changeover' day, and this is usually a Friday or a Saturday. This will show on the calendar when you make your booking, and for some properties a price will show on the days you can book.
