Nicky and Rowena co-founded Bloom Stays in 2019 because they wanted to offer a holiday letting agency for anyone looking for brilliant service coupled with somewhere truly special to stay. And why 'Bloom'? Because it is 'blooming' with ideas; 'blooming' with enthusiasm and 'blooming' in its mission to be the best at what it does. Here's how we think it does exactly that. Bloom Stays now has 100+ holiday homes that offer self-catering stays in Kent and Sussex. Houses with pools, hot tubs, games rooms, cinema rooms, sea views, shepherds' huts, treehouses and huge, huge kitchens are just some of what you can find under the Bloom Stays' collective roof.
The houses, all exclusive to Bloom Stays, sleep from 2 to 44 people, are available all year round and look and feel like a boutique hotel with their superior standards of luxury and finish. This means excellent quality linens and bedding; coffee machines; entertainment 'in house' such as board games and pool tables; indulgent bathrooms and beautiful gardens.

- How do I book a holiday home with Bloom Stays?
Find your ideal property on the Bloom Stays website, choose your dates, and complete the booking. A 30% deposit is required for bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance, with the balance due before arrival. Bookings within 8 weeks require full payment
- Are Bloom Stays properties pet friendly?
Yes. Many Bloom Stays holiday homes welcome pets, and this will be clearly shown on the individual property page. If you’re bringing a pet, please check the specific property’s rules before booking, as restrictions may apply.
- What is included in my stay?
Each property lists its facilities on its page. All stays include towels and bed linen. If your property has a pool, hot tub, or is near the beach, please bring your own outdoor or beach towels unless otherwise stated.
