A selection of country cottages and detached pine lodges set in bluebell woods and overlooking four acres of water with a panoramic view of the fields, woods and nearby unspoilt village.
At Ashby Farms, it's our priority to make your holiday as easy and enjoyable as possible by offering you as much of the right kind of help as we can.
Short breaks are available, and if you are looking for accommodation for a much longer period please contact us for information on specially reduced prices.
Bring your furry friends with you. We accept one dog per lodge for a small surcharge. Please note that dogs must be well-behaved and kept under control at all times.

- Are you open all year?
Yes, we are open all year round. Fishing is also available all year but we do not have any aeration equipment or similar installed so on very rare occasions when we have prolonged cold weather they may freeze over.
- Can I book online?
Yes you can book on our booking page here - just click on the dates you are interested in on the calendar to proceed to booking. If you have any problems please feel free to get in touch and we will assist.
- Are you pet friendly?
Yes. We allow one pet per Lodge at Fishermans Lodges and more at our other properties. There is a supplement of £10 per pet per week to cover additional cleaning.
- Can we bring a BBQ?
Yes, but do not use it on the decking or damage the grass. Please do not leave BBQs unattended and be aware of risk fire.
- Where are the nearest shops?
There are village shops at Woodchurch, Appledore and Hamstreet within 2 miles. There is a good range of shops including large supermarkets at Ashford and Tenterden.
