Awarding-winning children’s theatre charity, Embracing Arts, presents their flagship festive production: Christmas for Kids. First offered in 2009, Christmas for Kids’ sensory, interactive shows have been enjoyed by over 22,000 children across the UK.

This year marks their 4th FREE digital show... Phoebe’s Green Christmas! Phoebe the puppet has been thinking about her footprint - and not just the one she leaves in the snow! Inspired to do her bit for the planet, she Reduces, Re-uses and Recycles in as many magically inventive ways as possible. From making special gifts, to putting a new spin on classic traditions, we join Phoebe as she tries to give her friends the best (and kindest) Christmas ever! ‘Phoebe’s Green Christmas’ is a FREE sensory show specifically designed for neurodiverse and PMLD children, as well as those with life-limiting illness.

The show’s digital format means it can be enjoyed in spaces where children and their families feel most safe and supported! ‘Phoebe’s Green Christmas’ is an interactive, sensory-based film bursting with music, dance, puppetry, colourful visuals and much more! Accompanying the film are E-Resource Packs aimed at supporting parents, teachers and carers to become the “Facilitators” of the show. Our resources guide those facilitating on how to bring sensory elements to life for children with complex needs or life-limiting illness & provide opportunities for engagement, communication and positive memory making.
